OPW Civacon 8300系列熱感應(yīng)裝車(chē)控制器
OPW Civacon 8300系列能夠在物料超過(guò)預(yù)定液位時(shí)自動(dòng)報(bào)警，也能對(duì)迫近的溢流狀況發(fā)出報(bào)警。
- 采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的熱感應(yīng)信號(hào)格式與機(jī)載控制監(jiān)視器或運(yùn)輸工具上的有關(guān)熱感應(yīng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行通信。
- 可以與多達(dá)6個(gè)（也可定制為8個(gè)）熱感應(yīng)液位傳感器或機(jī)載監(jiān)視器一起使用。
- 可監(jiān)控雙線熱—光Quick Start（快速啟動(dòng)）可互換傳感器。
8300系列共有兩種型號(hào)
8340
防爆型熱感應(yīng)監(jiān)視器帶有容許/非容許狀態(tài)指示燈，及插鍵式旁路開(kāi)關(guān)。
8360
防爆型熱感應(yīng)監(jiān)視器帶有容許/非容許狀態(tài)指示燈，及插鍵式旁路開(kāi)關(guān)和接地確認(rèn)功能。
在8360監(jiān)視器中，過(guò)量灌裝檢測(cè)和接地確認(rèn)信號(hào)是分別發(fā)送到泵的控制系統(tǒng)中去的。
8300 Series Thermistor Rack Monitors
The 8300 Series provides automatic warning of product overflow at predetermined levels andmwarns of impending overflow conditions.
- Uses the standard thermistor signal format to
communicate with an onboard control monitor
or straight thermistor system on transports.
- Can be used with as many as six (available
option of eight) thermistor liquid-level sensors
or onboard monitors
- Monitors two-wire Thermo-optic Quick Start
replacement sensors
The 8300 Series is available in two models:
8340
Explosion-proof Thermistor Monitor with permissive and non-permissive status lights with keyed bypass switch.
8360
Explosion-proof Thermistor Monitor with permissive and non-permissive status lights with keyed bypass switch and ground verification.
In the 8360 monitor, the overfill detection and ground verification are signaled to the pump-control system separately.
